Prototype haptics diagnostic device used to evaluate the haptic output and consistency across actuators over time of a new theme park attraction. The device includes flexible sensors and custom machined foam padding. This device was designed, tested, and prototyped at Disney Research Pittsburgh, and later transferred to Walt Disney Imagineering for further testing with the first-article ride seats in Michigan and Florida.
